The Third Annual
HOPE Luncheon and Fashion Show
celebrated birth defect prevention research
conducted by Texas A&M Health Science
Center’s Institute of Biosciences and Technology.
It took place on May 1, 2008, at the River Oaks Country Club in Houston, Texas. Co-chairing the event were Paula Mischer and
Kelli Kickerillo. Mistress of ceremonies was Roseann Rogers of KPRC-TV. Fashions modeled by the women and children were from Mint in Uptown Park.
IBT received the 2008 March of Dimes/Texas Chapter’s
Outstanding Research in Sciences Award, awarded at the event.
