At the Institute of Biosciences and Technology graduate student Ms. Weijia Luo has received the very competitive Pre-Doctoral Fellowship from the Department of Defense Prostate Cancer Research Program  The total fellowship is for $99,143 for three years.  

Ms. Luo will study “The Role of Gpr48 in Prostate Cancer Progression.”   She is a Ph.D. student working in the laboratory of Mingyao Liu, Ph.D., Professor of Cancer and Stem Cell Biology.
